- All Meals are served cafeteria style. Special dietary needs can be accommodated. (Friday dinner through Monday breakfast included)
- Cabins have 2-4 beds per room (bunkbed style). There are 6-8 rooms per cabin, with shared baths.
- A Junior Youth/Youth cabin will be available with a chaperone (Note that each minor must have a parent or sponsor on site during the day.)
- Stipends available for children/JY teachers and overnight chaperones.

Deadlines:

– $50 deposit per person required at registration.
– Balance due by August 16th.
Refund Policy:
– No refunds after Aug 16.
Discounts & Scholarships:
- Note: Youth, Junior Youth & Child rates reflect a universal 15%+ discount and are thus not eligible for the additional early bird discount.
Scholarships: Please contact your Local Spiritual Assembly first as many LSAs have scholarship funds available. The Schools committee has a limited number of scholarships available. Please contact the Registrar for more information.
Dietary & Mobility Needs:

- Limited fridge & freezer space is available in the meeting lodge for those with dietary or medical needs. Please contact the registrar in advance.

COVID-19 Protocols and Policy:
The schools committee follows the guidance of both state/local guidelines and the Regional Baha’i Council of the Four Corners States. The policy below is effective as of June 1, 2022 and is subject to change.
- Vaccination is encouraged but not mandatory. Proof of vaccination is not required.
- Masks are encouraged but optional.
- All attendees must be free of Covid-19 symptoms. If you have symptoms within 5-7 days of attending the school, or test positive for Covid-19, please remain home and contact us to discuss your registration. See a list of symptoms here.
- Anyone developing symptoms during the school should immediately contact the committee and may be asked to test and/or quarantine/return home.
- Attendees at high risk for severe disease should consult their physician prior to attending the school.
- Masks, rapid tests and hand sanitizer will be available at the school.
- All attendees are required to sign a Covid-safety waiver on arrival.
