1. The Colorado East Bahá’í School is an agency of the National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá’ís of the United States. It maintains a database of information about its students, which includes contact information, the school they attended and any other information the student discloses.
2. The Colorado East Bahá’í School has not, does not, and will not sell information about its students to anyone. It has not, does not, and will not disclose such information unless so required by law. All student information is strictly protected for use by the student, the Bahá’í school, and the institutions of the National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá’í s of the United States.
3. Colorado East Bahá’í School takes all reasonable precautions to secure personal information through password-protected files.
4. Colorado East Bahá’í School will provide students with the information about them in its database upon request.
